Planning
Our production schedules are meticulously aligned with customer orders every month. After evaluating stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods, a detailed daily plan is issued for moulding and labelling operations. Procurement of RM, PM, and labels is also synchronised to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Operations
Our operations cover the complete cycle from production and labelling to storage and dispatch. Mould and colour changes are executed strictly as per the plan, while labelling follows an equally disciplined schedule. A dedicated team shifts semi-finished goods to stores around the clock, and dispatches are organised daily based on customer call-ups.
Maintenance
We maintain seamless plant performance through a proactive approach to maintenance. Regular preventive maintenance schedules are followed, supported by critical spare stocking and online OEM assistance. An in-house tool room ensures immediate attention to mechanical wear and tear, minimising downtime.
